This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases from Plumse, operated by 1010 TERRACE, INC.. It is written for silicone baking molds and related kitchen preparation items sold through this store.
Return Window and Accepted Conditions
- Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.
- Customers may request a return within 30 days from the delivery date.
- Product condition accepted for return: new only.
- Exchanges are accepted when the replacement item is available.
- Return method: by mail.
Kitchen Product Return Eligibility
Returned silicone molds should be unused, clean, undamaged, and returned with the original packaging and included components. Items showing food residue, strong odor, heat damage from misuse, cuts, missing pieces, or signs of kitchen use may not qualify as new-condition returns unless required by applicable law.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If the product arrives torn, misshaped, incomplete, or different from the item ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at care@plumse.shop. Include the order number and clear photos of the mold, packaging, label, and any visible issue so the request can be reviewed.
How To Start a Return
- Email care@plumse.shop with the order number, item name, and reason for return.
- Wait for return instructions before mailing the product.
- Pack the item securely so silicone trays, rims, and packaging are not crushed in transit.

Return Fees and Labels
- Return label: included in the package, free.
- Restocking fee: No cost. No restocking fee is charged for approved returns.
Refunds and Exchanges
After the returned item is received, we inspect it and notify the customer of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Shopify Payments. Refund processing time is 10 days after approval and submission, and the bank or card issuer may require additional posting time. Exchanges depend on current inventory.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests can be reviewed before an order enters fulfillment. Once the parcel has shipped, the customer may request a return after delivery under this policy.
