This Shipping Policy describes how 1010 TERRACE, INC. ships orders placed through Plumse. The store currently accepts orders for delivery in Singapore, and checkout is displayed in USD.
Order Review and Processing
- Daily order cut off time is 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles), GMT-08:00.
- Orders are normally prepared within 1-3 business days after payment is authorized.
- Fulfillment work takes place Monday-Saturday, excluding public holidays and carrier non-service days.
- For silicone baking molds, an order may be checked for complete color, cavity count, and set quantity before shipment.
Delivery Method and Timing
- Standard shipping is available for eligible addresses in Singapore.
- Estimated transit time is 7-13 business days after the parcel is handed to the carrier.
- Shipments are handed to carriers Monday-Saturday, excluding public holidays and carrier non-service days.
- Total estimated delivery time is usually 8-16 business days, including handling and transit.
Shipping Cost
Standard shipping is provided at a cost of 0 USD for eligible orders shipped to Singapore. Any available shipping method and charge will be shown before payment is completed.
Tracking and Delivery Issues
When tracking is available, it may be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking events can take time to update after carrier pickup. Delivery estimates may change because of address review, customs handling, weather, local holidays, or carrier capacity.
Address Accuracy
Customers should enter a complete shipping address, including unit, floor, building, postal code, and reachable phone number when required. If an address is incomplete or cannot be serviced, we may contact the customer before shipment or review the available carrier options.
Split Shipments and Package Condition
Orders containing multiple silicone molds or mixed items may ship in more than one package. If a parcel arrives damaged or appears lost after the estimated delivery window, contact care@plumse.shop with the order number and photos of the packaging when available.
